Shipments, packaging, and returns :

Your package shipment

All orders will be shipped via TIKI JNE.

- Orders placed and paid before 12:00 am in a day are shipped on the same day.

- Orders placed and paid after 12:00 am in a day will be shipped on the next following day.

- Orders placed on Sunday / public holidays will be shipped on the next working day(s) (It depends on TIKI JNE policy).

- For Saturday shipment, in order to ship your package on the same day, you have to place and pay order before 11:00 am.

There are 3 services offered from TIKI JNE :

1. YES (Overnight delivery service), delivery time : est. 1 day.

2. Regular, delivery time : est. 1-5 days (It depends on delivery destination).

3. OKE (Economic shipping cost), delivery time : best efforts est. in 3 days.

You can choose which service you want.

Shipping insurance is available (optional). Shipping insurance will be used upon your request. Shipping insurance fee will be charged to you using the following formula : 0.2% x total value + Rp. 5000,-

Be aware that TIKI JNE requires receipent's signature.

We will provide you the tracking number and a link to track your package online.

We do not charge for handling and packing fees. Shipping fees include postage costs. The Shipping fees vary according to total weight or volume of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Packaging

We will use a medium size, brown paper envelope (0.18 Kg) as the packing materials for orders weight less than 2 Kg.

For orders weight more than 2 Kg, we will use a carton/box.

Gift Box available upon request (You will be charged for gift box fee).

Envelope and box will be sealed by transparent tape and will be covered by plastic bag (by TIKI JNE).

Returns

We accept returns for the following terms and condition :

- If the products are defectective, products can be returned.

- If we made a mistake by sending you wrong product reference number / code, products can be returned.

We do not accept returns for the following terms and condition :

- If products have been used (Hygiene reason).

- If the size of products do not match your size. It is your your responsibility to pay attention to the size when you place the order. Most of our products are in all size (S-L), one size fit most. You should refer to our Size table for further information.

- If tags are missing from the products (Valid only for brand new product with tag).

- If the color of products do not match exactly. Color displayed for each computer vary according to brightness, contrass and other technical stuff of your monitor. It is your responsibility to cross check the color of the product.
